Introducing Body Alive! with Casey Thorne
Every Sunday 11am - 12:30pm

"Body Alive: A Dance Journey Through the Senses" is a 90 minute class integrating Gyrotonic and guided improvisational dance devoted to exploring creative movement. Inspired by her studies of the "GAGA" technique with creator Ohad Naharin in Israel 2011, Casey Thorne will guide you through a movement journey to heighten the senses, listening to your movement from the inside out, experimenting with sensation and visualization, and creating new intelligence in your body.

This 6-day Gyrotonic Pre-Training Course is offered by Master Trainer Alicia Rypma, as the first step for teacher training. This course is preperation for the Foundation Teacher Training Course to do focused work and begin to develop in the execution of essential movements.
